Benefits
Stay Connected
To support hybrid working, we provide eligible employees with $1000 every 3 years towards mobile, smartwatch or tablet and free SIM & home internet plans.
Parental Leave
Eligible employees can access up to 22 weeks of paid parental leave, as well as extra support for returning parents
Super Bump
Women’s superannuation balances are adversely affected by the gender pay gap. To help address this, we provide two additional payments of $250 per year for all eligible women.
Purchased Leave
Eligible employees are given the option to purchase up to 2 weeks additional leave each year to take more time out for doing the things they love.
